I recently attended an afternoon team session where Sheila introduced us to some really simple but very powerful breathing techniques. I really appreciated how Sheila has empathy for our business and an understanding of how the techniques she shared might be able to be used in our day to day. Sheila has a voice and presence I found to be very powerful and relaxing. I have been able to adjust my breathing in certain situations to bring a bit more clarity and calmness to situations. I met Sheilagh the week before and we shared a common interest in Yoga, however I did not practise it until then. Sheilagh offered to do a session with me, after this session I felt I was floating on a cloud, I was very calm from the “inside” stress that I had before the Yoga/breathing exersize seem to have disappeared this made me wonder if this was something that could be beneficial for the wider hotel team.

I made it my mission to organize a group session via Skype, it turned out to be a great success. The session consisted of a various of breathing exercises, some mental coaching and good tips to conquer anxiety and stress levels.

This breathing exercise was done while seated in a normal chair we did not need any extra equipment just your mind and focus is all that is required. I myself use the techniques taught by sheilagh daily. I can’t wait for the next session.
